2013 Price List

          Below is a list of some standard catered entrees (at today’s market prices) and sides which can be provided for your event. Of course we are open to any suggestions or ideas you may have and we can prepare nearly anything. All meat/entree prices are subject to market fluctuation but prices are guaranteed if event is with-in 15 days of signed contract.

 

         All services include set-up and clean-up of our preparation and serving area. Normally, all food is prepared on-site using our equipment. Depending on event, some or all food could be prepared prior to our arrival. Also included in our per person price are heavy duty paper goods, utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. as needed to complete the job. Prices quoted are for a buffet serving line. *Blue metal cowboy style plates and silverware can be added for a 4% fee.

 

         Prices are quoted on a per person basis and a minimum number of servings needs to be known two weeks prior to the job and we cook for extra over flow. We determine the labor needed to do the job and it is included in the per person quote.

 

Buffet Service: Prices below are based on 100 person groups minimum; for groups of 75 - 99 add $ .45 per plate and groups of 40 - 74 add $ .55 per plate.

(4% sales tax and 15% gratuity will be added at time of billing and with quote)

Fuel surcharge will be determined by distance to location. First 10 miles from Meeteetse is FREE, past 10 miles is $1 per mile one way.

SIDES: Included with entrees - a Dinner roll or slice of French bread, tossed salad and your choice of one side.

  • corn  or corn on the cob (cob is only available at certain times of year and could be $1.50 per person additional depending on market price - I only do fresh, no frozen)

  • pinto beans (cowboy style) or baked beans

  • French cut green beans, green bean almandine or green bean casserole

  • baked potato, small red potato’s - cooked with olive oil and other spices,  Missy potato’s - hash brown potatos cooked as a casserole with  sour cream, cheddar cheese and other yummy ingredients.

  • potato salad or macaroni salad - all homemade

  • coleslaw

  • tossed salad

  • fruit salad - we only use the freshest fruit that is available

**Additional menu items may be added for $1.00 per person except corn on the cob.

 

Deserts: Desserts are not included but may be added for $1.50 per person. (Some suggestions: cobblers, cakes,  or brownies)

 

Horsd’oeuvres: To go along with your cookout, below are some horsd’oeuvres trays we can provide with advance notice. Most all trays will serve approximately 25 - 30 persons.

Sandwiches:  Sandwiches are individually priced and any side above can be added for $.80 per person. Sandwiches can be done in smaller quantities.

*Equipment can be rented and provided by High Country Catering for up to 120 plus persons. Free if event is held at the Oasis Motel picnic area.

 

NOTES:

**Catering job is C.O.D. or billed at completion. 25% deposit is required with signed contract.

**The guaranteed number served will be billed and any additional guests will be added to the bill at the completion of the job. If you have any questions or additions to our menu, call for a quote. We recommend a few months advanced notice for booking your job as we stay busy, especially in the summer months. We can hold the date and finalize your menu as your event gets closer to the booked date with a deposit. 

**There is no cancellation fee if canceled three weeks prior to the date, and its easier getting out of a date then trying to book one.
