High Country Catering 2009 Price List

Below is a list of some standard catered entrees (at today’s market prices) and sides which we can provide. Of course we are open to any suggestions or ideas you may have and we can prepare nearly anything. All meat/entree prices are subject to market fluctuation but prices are guaranteed if event is with-in 30 days of signed contract.
All services include set-up and clean-up of our preparation and serving area. Normally, all food is prepared on-site using our equipment. Also included in our per person price are heavy duty paper goods, utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. as needed to complete the job. Prices quoted are for a buffet serving line.
Prices are quoted on a per person basis and a minimum number of people needs to be known two weeks prior to the job. We determine the labor needed to do the job and it is included in the per person quote.
Buffet Service: 100 person minimum (smaller groups priced accordingly. Call for a quote) (5% sales tax and 15% gratuity not included)

Included: (choice of 1) Dinner rolls or French bread AND your choice of TWO side items such as:
Additional menu items may be added for $0.75 per person. Desserts are not included but may be added for $.50 per person. (Some suggestions: cobblers, cakes, cookies or brownies)
*** Sandwiches are priced individually and a side can be added for $.75 per person. Can be done in smaller quantities and includes condiments. (Lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, etc.)

Note: The price for horsd’oeuvres and trays are quoted as a compliment to a catered meal only. Catering job is C.O.D. or billed at completion. The guaranteed number will be billed and any additional guests will be added to the bill at the completion of the job. If you have any questions or additions to our menu, call for a quote. We recommend a few months advanced notice for booking your job as we stay busy, especially in the summer months. We can hold the date and finalize your menu as your event gets closer to the booked date. There is no cancellation fee if canceled three weeks prior to the date, and its easier getting out of a date then trying to book one.
