MTR – 2010 AUGUST 26 – 27 – 28 The 3 Amigos, the Range Officers and Bobby Joe & Sherry have arranged what appears to be another great time in Meeteetse. Now it is time to register so they can plan for the number of Regulators arriving in August. Bobby Joe & Sherry have purchased the Vision Quest Motel, so they now own both motels. More rooms will be available and reservations for either can be made by calling them at the Oasis Motel 307-868-2551. They have a new e-mail address: oasis@ommw.net and website: www.ommw.net. Information for MTR is on the website.The cost will be $70.00 per regulator and includes: Breakfast on Friday, a light breakfast on Saturday, a Dinner Event on Saturday evening. Also included is morning coffee, firewood and transportation to the range. You can pay at the Oasis Motel when you check in. Lunch will be available for purchase at the range and a donation bucket for the Range Officers expenses. A registration form is attached. I am trying to update information on Regulators, so please complete legibly. Also attached is a Schedule for the shooting events and a Shooters Release. Please complete the Registration Form and Shooters Release and return to me by July 1, 2010. Send no money to me; pay when you check in upon arriving in Meeteetse. You still have time to order merchandise until April 1st. I have enclosed the list of available items. Remember to bring your challenge coin, as we encourage its use again. I have a lot of coins available to order. I am sending to those of whom we have an e-mail address, or by regular mail if not.
